Nature’s wonders at the gateway to Nice and Monaco

Camping de La Laune offers an outstanding geographic situation since it is located at only 20 minutes from Nice, and at 25 minutes from Monaco and from Menton. Near Italy, at the heart of the “Vallée des Merveilles” (Wonder’s Valley).

At the bottom of the stunning perched village of Peillon, the campisite is calm and partially shaded and will offer you a extraordinary relaxing stay in its little domain nestled in a green and fresh setting.

The Campsite has 33 pitches and according to your choice, tents, motorhomes, vans or cottages rental are waiting for you. WIFI is available everywhere on the campsite.

Our campsite is ideally situated between towns, sea and countryside which offers you the privilege of choosing your day’s activities according to your desires of the moment :

Town side
Visit famous cities like Nice, Monaco, Menton, Eze, Antibes, Cannes but also Vintimille, San Remo and so many others.

Sea side
Admire the sumptuous coves that are expanding between Cap-d’Ail, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Villefranche-sur-Mer. Stroll on the wonderful fine sand beaches and strongly enjoy the panoramic view that stretches along the coastine pathways that overlook the Big Blue.

The Backcountry
It offers a rich range of villages and picturesque breathtaking sites that are not to be missed : Peillon, Peille, Sainte-Agnès, Gorbio and all the hilltop villages.

Nature side
Looking for a relaxing day to recharge your batteries ? The surrounding area of the campsite allows you to enjoy the benefits of a generous nature, to practice your favourite sport or to go hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Why not visit the “Vallée des Merveilles” on the Peillon train ? And for the more experienced, the climbing spot is waiting for you, or a little further on you can practice canyoning and rafting or visit Mercantour parc.

Or simply… Camping side…relax, rest, unwind on the spot.

Easily accessible and facility to move

The campisite is very easily accessible for vehicles of all types (cars, motorhome, buses…)
The campsite is served by train and bus (train station at 800 meters) which will allow you, campers friends, to be able to explore the region peacefully. The closeness of the highway (at 10 minutes from the camping) will also highly ease all your moves.

  Ein Campingplatz mit grosser Liebe und Engagement geführt! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen! Sauber von den Standplätzen bis zu den sanitären Anlagen. Es gibt sauberes Trinkwasser direkt ab Quelle! 10 Minuten entfernt hat es ein Restaurant. Jeden Sonntag steht gegenüber dem Restaurant ein Markstand mit Käse- und Charcuteriespezialitäten aus der Region! Wir können den Camping sehr empfehlen!

  Très bon séjour dans un chalet très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances agréables. Pour les campeurs, tout est mis à disposition aussi, sanitaires propres, un grand frigo, des transats, un petit espace pour s'isoler avec des livres et de la documentation sur les activités et promenades alentours. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très sympathiques. Facilité d'accès à Nice, Menton, Monaco...

  « Super camping, avec des propriétaires vraiment très sympathique et accueillant. Les chalets sont agréables mais si la prochaine fois je peux venir avec une clim mobile je reviendrais car avec la canicule très tres dur la nuit, sinon propres et bien entretenus. Une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse, idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances. Je recommande vivement ! » 2 semaines passées dans le chalet mezzaninne avec ma compagne.

  Unfassbar angenehmer und ruhiger Campingplatz. Perfekt, wenn man viel Ruhe möchte. Sehr sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Essen, Badezimmer sauber und wirklich viele schattige Plätze :) würde immer wieder kommen !!

  Najlepszy Camping wy okolicy, tutaj trzeba zostać na parę dni. The Camping site was on of the best ones I visited so far. At first the owner a great guy takes care of everything and is very helpful and communicative (He speaks English). There is a washing machine, a coffee maker, a public Fridge which for us tent campers is wonderful. The Location is amazing and the Owner will explain you how to perfectly get to Monaco and Nice. The site itself has some great places to chill and bathrooms that are clean and well mentainded only critique are the lights... Please increase the timer... And there is a local Cat named Spud!
